Who is Tuscany Creative?
We believe that your marketing, advertising, and communications needs are more about you than they are about us. That being said, if you came to this page on our site, you really want to know who we are. And you probably should want to know if we're qualified and all that, since we're going to be advising you on how to spend your hard earned money.
In the Beginning...
In October 2005, the owner of the privately held company we worked for decided, without notice, that he just didn't feel like being in business anymore. At 4:25 on that Friday, we were doing our jobs: preparing for a major product launch, completing a huge rebranding effort, and creating marketing and public relations plans for the following year. At 4:35 on that Friday, we, and our nearly 300 co-workers, stood dazed and bewildered.
We realized we had two choices: we could become angry victims and accomplish nothing, or we could seize this opportunity to make a whole new life on our own terms.
Our marketing department had worked hard to establish one of the best reputations in the industry. As soon as news of the shutdown hit the papers on Sunday, our phones started ringing, asking us if we were now available to do freelance work. We had freelanced on the side for years and years, so we knew what would come of that. The rug under our world recently yanked from under us, we needed something more secure. So, before the end of the following week, we had legally established Tuscany, LLC. Within another week, we had signed our first long-term client.
