Are You Overwhelmed?

If you’re like most business owners, you’ve been bombarded with information about marketing and advertising your business. Between all the do-it-yourself books and the pitches from hard-hitting salespeople, it’s easy to get confused. Should I have a web site? What is “branding” and why is it important? Are the yellow pages dead? Does anyone read billboards? How do I describe my business, anyway? Will a logo help? Do I need a brochure? I have a limited budget—how am I going to decide? Should I try direct mail, or a magazine ad, or a newspaper ad? AAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Take a deep breath. We hear you. And we can help you sort through all the options. We won't use a lot of big words (like integrated strategizing of holistic aesthetical experiences blah blah blah) just to make ourselves feel smarter. We'll look at your options with you and explain, in plain language, which ones will be the best for you and why. We're not interested in talking down to anyone or in trying to convince you to buy something you really don't need.

Where do we start?

We'll start by asking a lot of questions -- about you. Who are you and how are you different, or similar, than your competitors? Do you know who your customers are? What are your expectations for the business? When you sit down and really try to answer them, you'll realize these are hard questions. You don't have to do it alone. We'll help you figure out who you are, what you have to offer, where you are and where you want to go, and how you're going to get there.
